About Us

Founded in February of 2024; Commissioner Thomas originally created this league as a fun side project for friends before realizing that people in several cities that lack baseball desired teams of their own. This aims to answer that call in a fun way to watch the sport at any time. No rain delays or canceled games

RULES

Season Length

The Season lasts from the second week of July to the Last week of December to formulate a full 162 game season. There are no spring training games prior to the regular season. The Post Season arrives following the regular season after the new year and is capped of with the Title Series (Which will feature the East champion Vs. the West Champion) at the end of January

Post Season

The Post Season begins the final Week of December following the end of the Regular Season. 6 Teams are granted into the playoffs, with 3 of these teams representing their respective divison title and the other 3 as wild card teams (Eastern League and Western League).

It will feature 3 wildcard teams and the 3 division leaders for each league. Teams will continue to face each other until the last 2 standing teams remain.

These remaining teams will then face off in the 7 game Title Series for the DBU Ring.

Season Broadcasts

Due to the sheer length of a baseball season, the DBU will only feature select games each week (check schedule for details). Each week will include a total of 4 pre-selected games

At the end of every week, standings updates and transaction alerts will be posted; as well as the list of upcoming games for the following week
